NEW YEAR, NEW COMMUNITY GRAND OPENING AT SERRANO

Serrano welcomed the opening of a new community in January: Pinnacle by Toll Brothers. These luxury model homes that are now open to potential homebuyers offer a beautiful view of the 15th fairway of Serrano's golf course. Pinnacle homes are priced from the mid $800,000s.

Other new-home neighborhoods at Serrano include Pulte Homes Cordillera, from the low $600,000s; Shea Homes Bramasole, from the high $600,000s; and Greenbriar Homes Donatello, from the low $1,000,000s. These communities offer buyers a wide variety of floor plans, architectural styles and pricing.

Home sites available for custom-built homes are located in wooded settings with scenic views. These sites, averaging one-half acre to more than one acre are priced from the high $300,000s.
