What is Serrano Country Club?
Serrano Country Club is a private, member-owned-and-managed golf and country club located within Serrano, a master-planned community in El Dorado Hills. The Club provides Members and guests with privileges to use the Golf Course, Clubhouse, Social, Tennis, Swimming, Fitness and other facilities of the Club.

Who is the Golf Course Architect?
The Golf Course architect, Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is revered as one of the best golf course architects in the world.

Who is the Clubhouse Architect?
The Clubhouse architect is Robert J. Altevers of Altevers Associates. Altevers specializes in designing traditional, warm and full-amenity clubhouses. The 34,000-square-foot clubhouse won the Gold Nugget Award for Best Recreational Facility in 1997. The Gold Nugget is one of the most prestigious architectural design honors in the Western States and the Pacific Rim.

Are the Memberships Equity or Non-Equity?
The Golf Memberships are equity; the Social and Sport Memberships are non-equity.

How Do I Become a Member?
You must complete a Membership application and submit it with the applicable Membership fee to the Club. Final approval for Membership will be given by the Board of Directors.

How Many Members Will There Be?
The Club is strictly limited to 450 Golf Members, 25 Associate Members and 150 Sports Members. There is currently no limit on Social Members.

Do Members Have to Own Property within Serrano to Become a Member?
No. Currently, all levels of Membership are offered to Serrano residents as well as non-residents.

Is There a Food or Beverage Minimum?
Yes, there is a food and beverage minimum for all Membership classifications. Please contact the Membership Director for current minimum.

Can I Sell My Membership?
Yes, with the following restrictions: Membership may be transferred only to the Club. Golf Members desiring to resign their Membership shall notify the Club in writing of such intention in accordance with the Bylaws.

Will There Be Assessments to the Members?
Assessments may be made but are limited, subject to the Bylaws.

What Facilities Are Available at the Club?
Serrano Country Club's facilities include a Golf Course, Clubhouse, Tennis, Swim and Fitness Center.

The golf facilities include a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. - signature, 18-hole, par-72, championship golf course with five distinct playing options that range from 5,232 to 6,975 yards, as well as a practice fairway. The entire course features bentgrass greens and is dotted with Heritage oaks, lakes and streams that add to the natural beauty of the course.

The Clubhouse includes elegant dining and lounge areas, a casual grille room, banquet room and private meeting areas, outdoor dining terraces, men's and women's locker rooms, golf shop and golf cart and bag storage areas.

The Tennis and Swim Center includes outdoor tennis courts, a junior olympic-sized pool, toddler pool and jacuzzi, a health and fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms and an outdoor barbecue area.

Use of the Club facilities is in accordance with the Club Rules and Regulations, ensuring that an enjoyable atmosphere is maintained at all times and that Members and their guests obtain maximum use and enjoyment from the Club. The Club employs professional management and staff to operate the Club facilities with the Board of Directors and its committees providing direction.
